Farmhouse “I Pipetta” rises on a ancient medieval area called “Cà da Basetta”, as it results from a very beautiful epigraph set on the house’s entrance.

It consists; in 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, from which rooms you can admire a wide and lovely panorama on Levanto valley and on the sea;

in a dining/kitchen room equipped for breakfast and dinner; in a panoramic terrace where, if the weather conditions allows it, you can eat delicious meals and finally in a large garden cultivated for the most part with olive trees and typical plants growing in the Mediterranean climate. You can accede to the garden from refined stairs coming up directly from the secondary road Levanto-La Spezia.

Our guest can also use our parking spot just below the farmhouse where we are working to ultimate it.
